of the General Department of the French Armed Forces.
During these meetings, the two sides agreed that the defense cooperation relationship between Vietnam and France has been interested and promoted by the leaders of the two countries and has achieved many remarkable results. The two sides agreed to develop an effective bilateral defense relationship, in fact in the coming time, focusing on training, military medicine, and UN peacekeeping operations.
